Some use the allergy or fear excuse, they are floored when the ADA specificly states those two reasons are not valid. As a volunteer puppy raiser I've heard of tons of denials of access but few were executed as rudely as your experience! I'm so sorry! I've got to say, though, I doubt it's Quest as a whole, when I had to have blood drawn they didn't blink an eye at the ADIT I had with me who was only 5 months at the time. It's so frustrating when a company isn't uniform across the country (we're in Oregon in an area with a lot of working SDs and SDITs).
